These are the projects currently in motion at Rindō KK, rooted in community-centered ideas and outdoor experiences that are taking shape in Kiryu and spreading throughout the Gunma region.
Rindō Bike Tour Japan
Incredible culture, breathtaking landscapes, freshly-prepared food, natural hot springs, high-quality bikes, and the best cycling roads in the world.
Rindō Bike Tour Japan is our flagship project — a cycling tour company dedicated to showcasing the beauty of rural Japan through immersive, thoughtfully crafted bike adventures. Based in Gunma, we offer both guided and self-guided tours through the rolling hills, winding mountain roads, and quiet villages of the Kita-Kanto region.
Each tour is designed to bring travelers into close contact with local culture, food, nature, and history — with smooth tarmac, scenic climbs, and unforgettable hospitality along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned roadie or a first-time bike traveler, Rindō is an invitation to slow down and explore a different side of Japan that is off the beaten path.
What we offer:

A scheduled tour with limited slots following a set route at a relaxed pace. Includes lodging, meals, cultural stops, and all logistics handled from start to finish. - Bespoke Tours (Private)
Custom-built tours tailored entirely to the needs and interests of the group. From route and schedule to accommodations and support, every element is designed to match their dream tour. - Self-Guided Tours
Independent travel with a clear plan. Riders follow GPS routes while we arrange accommodations, luggage transfers, and support behind the scenes.

Kiryu MTB Park
A mountain bike park built by the community, for the community.
Located just outside downtown Kiryu, Kiryu MTB Park is a grassroots project turning donated mountainside forest into a welcoming network of trails for riders of all ages and skill levels. What began with a few shovels and a shared vision has become a growing destination for mountain bikers in Gunma — and a new reason to visit Kiryu.
Led by 林道 KK and a crew of dedicated volunteers, the park is built by hand, supported by donations, and shaped by the riders who use it. From smooth beginner lines to more technical descents, every trail is an invitation to ride, connect, and give back to the land.
What’s happening:
- Multiple hand-built trails open for riding
- Free to access, supported by community donations
- Regular dig days and volunteer events
- Future goals: kids trails, jump lines, race days
- Exploring sponsorships and local business partnerships

Red Cliff Climbing Gym and Cafe
A new indoor bouldering gym and café in Kiryu.
Red Cliff is a climbing gym in progress — designed to be more than just a place to train. It’s a space for movement, connection, and community. Located in the heart of Kiryu, Red Cliff will offer a modern indoor bouldering facility with a café, chill-out zones, and a welcoming vibe for climbers of all levels.
Whether you’re pushing hard projects, trying your first climb, or just dropping in for coffee and conversation, Red Cliff will be a place to belong. It’s still under construction, but the vision is already climbing.
What’s planned:
- Indoor climbing gym with modern holds and wall angles
- Training zone for strength and mobility
- On-site café with light food and drinks
- Open layout with community tables and flexible seating
- Beginner intro sessions + climbing workshops
- Monthly memberships and day passes
